Availability Updated Saturday 12/13/14

Hey Guys,

Finals are over! I have updated my general availability for over the spring break and tentative availability for next semester. If you would like to have recurring appointments with me next semester, let me know so I can reserve a time and day of the week for you.

In other news, the semester is over, which means I will be working on this blogsite a bunch to up the value for you guys.

Here are my plans for the blog over the break:

Create welcome and informational videos about myself, my various exploits. I hope to also create instructional videos for my tutees and other students in general. I also want to include posts and videos on my fitness plan, poker career, and political activity and viewpoints.

So this will sort of be a mixed purpose blog that will represent the multi-faceted nature of myself. I know that I will occasionally receive criticism for stating my viewpoints, but I believe debate and discussion helps all (including myself) have a nuanced perspective of the world we live in today.

I've decided to begin each blogpost with a funny meme. Enjoy!

Updated Availability and New Education Plan

Updated plan for the next 2 years

This flowchart is my plan to prepare for transferring to UCD in the fall of 2015. I will be transferring from Woodland Community College to UC Davis, majoring in Biological Systems Engineering. I will be able to fulfill most of the requirements for my admission at WCC, but it is likely that some classes will not be offered (Physics and Engineering courses). I will be using the Transfer Admission Guarantee, which guarantees that I will be able to transfer so long as I meet the requirements listed at Assist.

I have trimmed a lot of classes off the plan, and now we are down to the bare bones of exactly what I need to transfer. Depending on how things go, I may add in some additional fun courses along the way.

I used Lucid Chart to make this flowchart. It was free and easy to use.

Class Flowchart- 6/9/13

This is a rough sketch of my classes for the next few years. A lot of math is in my future. I will likely have to move things around a fair amount, but I spent a great deal of time working on this on a car ride to see some family. After this is is complete, I will be transferring to UCD majoring in Biological Systems engineering for fall of 2015. I'll be 27 then, quite a ripe age to be transferring, but I have a feeling that all of my "life experience" will help me to be an exceptional student :)
